My dinner I made on Thursday, October 24, 2013.

Last night, I made Hamburger Helper. I decided to make the Chicken Fried Rice. But changed the meat from chicken to pork. Since the pork was already in the fridge. So, I made Pork Fried Rice. I followed the directions and it took about 20-25 minutes. The eggs were cooked last in the same pan. Next time, I will have to cook the car eggs in a separate pan. Because the eggs didn't turn out like I wanted them to be. The fried rice was pretty good. I recommend this for anyone who don't want to cook anything fancy. Or is tire from cooking over the week.
