Great service, part 1.
If every company took the time to train their employees well then some issues could be avoided. I have to mention this early so people don't assume that I'm getting money or other incentives. I'm not getting paid to talk about these companies that I will be mentioning. Target, by far is one of my favorite stores. I shop there often and save tons of money. But this store is not for everyone. Everyone has a store they prefer over another. Another store, Staples has great deals every week but I don't often take the bait. I only buy what I need and it has to be a decent deal. I will go over my experience with both of these stores. Online and at the stores.
Target, offers a variety of items from clothing, food, games, electronics, baby products, beauty and health and so many more. Staples, offers office supplies just as staples, markers, paper, pens, chairs, tables and more. But they do not offer clothing and actual food. They have office snacks. So, Target specialize mainly on everything for a household. While Staples focuses on the aspect of home office and small businesses. Both offers gift cards, weekly deals and free shipping if you joined their membership. Staples has their reward program and Target has their Red cards (debit or credit). Staples and Target both give you a 5% cash back or off of your transaction. Staples gives you back the 5% while Target takes off 5%. Pretty fair. But Target also offers a 5 cents when you bring your own bags. And it's per bag. Staples don't have this. Target also has Cartwheel, it's an app. You will need to download it from your Play store or App store. Target also has a new app for rewarding their customer called Redperks. It is a beta program and is currently still in works. So far, the program gives 10 points for every dollar that you spend, get 5% for a day when you have 5000 points (this might be combined with the Red card as well, so more savings), and more. I believe it's only for selected customers and iPhone users.
I will continue with this post in the second part. I will finish this post with this and the next post, will focus on my personal experience.
Sincerely,
K.T
